Question of the Week:
Next Thursday, many of us will be sitting down to turkey dinners (or appropriate vegetarian/vegan alternatives) with family, friends, or a good book. Is Thanksgiving a “dress-up” holiday for you? Is there makeup, and jewelry, and fancy clothes, and the careful coiffing of hair? Is it “come as you are, even if that’s sweats and a stained T-shirt?” Is it “I’ve been cooking the freaking turkey all day, so this is what you get?”

Door number 3 for me. Though I will wear nice slacks, a nice cotton sweater, have my hair arranged, and since I spend a lot of effort on skin care,my face will look good without makeup. I might wear lip gloss. Inthelab(Quote)
Yeah, I guess Thanksgiving as a dress-up holiday is really only for the small children, huh? I never know what to wear. Voxy(Quote)
